No Tax Increase for Boggs Township

WEST DECATUR – Boggs Township residents won’t be feeling a financial pinch next year when it comes to paying taxes.

The supervisors voted Monday to approve the 2007 budget with no tax increase.

The about $400,000 budget holds the line on taxes at 5.5 mills next year.

The preliminary budget goes on public display now, and will be voted on once more before being made official.
