DUBOIS – On Oct. 21, DuBois city made a trip to the fourth floor of an East Long Avenue residence to check the welfare of a 64-year-old man.
When police arrived and knocked on the door, they reported hearing a loud noise, gasping and a call for help.
Police were able to make entry into the apartment and found the man lying on the floor.
According to the report, the man had been lying there for two days. He was transported to DuBois Regional Medical Center-West for treatment.
