Trial for Clearfield Man Accused of Burglary Set for Wednesday

CLEARFIELD – Thomas J. Allison will face a trial by jury on Wednesday for a robbery that took place on Feb. 15, 2005.

Allison was named as one of three suspects in the case. It is alleged that Allison was involved with the theft of $90 in pain medication. According to the affidavit, the woman the pills were stolen from was ordered to hold a pillow over her own face so as not to identify the people.

Allison is charged with criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, two counts of criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.

The trial is scheduled to begin Wednesday at 9 a.m. before Clearfield County President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman
