Prison Assault Investigated

HOUTZDALE – Pennsylvania State Police investigated an assault that took place on July 17 at 2:20 p.m. at the State Correctional Institution at Houtzdale. Police report that a 27-year old inmate swung a sock filled with soap at a 35-year old inmate.

Charges are pending before Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins.
