CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man accused of exposing himself to two girls waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
Leslie Williams is charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
According to the affidavit of probable cause on Aug. 4 two girls went to Burger King with Williams. The girls reportedly asked their parents to spend the afternoon with Williams. The parents agreed.
The girls went to the Williams’ residence and sat on the porch for a time. They later went inside and the girls were taken to a bedroom upstairs. Once inside Williams allegedly asked the girls if they wanted to play something involving male/female genitalia.
Both girls stated no. At this time Williams reportedly unzipped his pants with both girls placing their heads down and onto the bed to avoid any eye contact. They asked if he was done and Williams told them yes. Upon raising their heads they observed Williams standing with his penis exposed. The girls then placed their heads back onto the bed and once Williams dressed, they left.
The girls later told their parents what happened.
Police spoke with the girls, with one providing a drawing of what she observed. One girl was able to provide a statement but denied seeing Williams’ genitals.
On Nov. 5 Williams provided a written statement and reportedly admitted to exposing his genitals to the girls.
