On Monday, a yellow Suzuki dirt bike was found on Joy Gardens Road in JonesTownship. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136. An incident of theft occurred sometime Sunday or Monday on Joy Gardens Road in JonesTownship. The victim told state police that her 2008 Yamaha Wolverine all-terrain vehicle, which was gray in color, was stolen from her garage....

A known suspect stole newly planted trees Monday on Elbon Road in Horton Township. The theft was determined to be a civil matter, however. An incident of theft/criminal mischief occurred Saturday or Sunday at the intersection of Rock Hill and Mount Zion roads in Benezette Township. An incident of retail theft occurred Friday at the Family Dollar Store in Johnsonburg. A 19-year-old Johnsonburg woman concealed merchandise with intent of not paying for it. When confronted by store employees, she removed the product and threw it on the shelf. The item was valued at $2. The woman was cited for retail theft through the district court. Through investigation state police discovered that Robert Joseph Wehner Jr., 44, of Benezette was a wanted person from the state of Ohio.
