An incident of burglary occurred Wednesday in the 300 block of West DuBois Avenue. A male allegedly broke into a garage and stole a baseball bat. While responding police were notified the male was hitting street signs with the bat on Juniata Street. Police took the male into custody and transported him to the Clearfield County Jail. A two-vehicle accident occurred Monday at the intersection of Liberty Boulevard and East DuBois Avenue. A pick-up truck operated by a 46-year-old Punxsutawney man rear-ended a vehicle operated by a 75-year-old DuBois woman. The truck was towed from the scene. A parked car was egged Saturday in the 900 block of DuBois Street. Upon arrival police discovered multiple parked vehicles had been egged. Police obtained a description of the suspect’s vehicle and located it, which contained four juveniles and five empty cartons of eggs.
