An incident of harassment occurred at approximately 5 p.m. May 19 on Hill Street in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield County. A 26-year-old Philipsburg woman was allegedly harassed by a 25-year-old Philipsburg woman with intent to alarm her without any legitimate purposes.
