CLEARFIELD – With winter finally upon us, Clearfield Borough residents are urged to stay away from the river during cold weather.
SHILOH – No injuries were reported in a plow truck crash Christmas morning that pulled down utility lines and cables and knocked out electrical power for numerous residences along Shiloh and Dale roads.
CLEARFIELD – On Tuesday the Clearfield County Commissioners voted, 2-1, to approve its 2018 budget that currently projects a deficit of more than $390,000.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – An affiliate of Phoenix Investors, a national private commercial real estate firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis., announced it has acquired two, fully-leased, single-tenant industrial buildings, totaling 612,800 square-feet for $10 million. The buildings are located at 851-891 Beaver Dr., DuBois.
HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Wolf and the Pennsylvania Department of Health have announced that 10,135 patients have registered to participate in the medical marijuana program, with 1,188 certified by a physician to participate.
CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield couple has been accused of being intoxicated with three, young children in a filthy home.
