DUBOIS – DuBois Central Catholic will be hosting a variety of events on Palm Sunday, March 20, for area families.
The administration cordially invites all area families to this special day of activities.
Central’s junior class and their parents are hosting the annual Palm Sunday spaghetti dinner in the cafeteria from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Dinner tickets may be purchased in advance from any DCC junior, in the school’s main office or at the door. (Adults – $8 and children 10 years and under – $5).
Take-outs will be available, with all proceeds benefiting Central’s Junior-Senior Prom.
Also taking place on Palm Sunday is the annual Science Fair Exhibit in the school’s gym from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Students applied the Five-Step Scientific Method to their projects. Judging for the fair will be by members of the greater DuBois Community on March 18.
Students will be earning points not only on their visual displays, but also on their oral presentations.
The annual Spring Book Fair in the secondary library will also be open for visitors to browse and shop.
