CLEARFIELD – Joseph B. Bower Jr., president and chief executive officer of CNB Bank, has announced the recent graduation of Brittany S. Lezzer from the bank’s management training program.
The management training program was developed to provide knowledge of CNB’s banking fundamentals. The training consists of both in-house classroom and on-the-job learning experiences.
Trainees are assigned a specified amount of time in each department of the bank in order to observe and serve in various capacities, thus acquiring a working knowledge of individual operations and management styles. This structured program normally lasts for a period of six months.
Lezzer is a 2010 graduate of the Curwensville Area High School and a 2014 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s in marketing.
She began her career at CNB in 2013 with an internship in the marketing department. She entered the bank’s management training program in May of 2014 and completed the program in December of 2014.
Lezzer has since been promoted to the position of online lending specialist at the bank’s main office in Clearfield. As the online lending specialist, she is responsible for the analysis and review of applications completed by consumers for home equity loans, mortgages and mortgage pre-qualifications on three bank Web sites, www.BankCNB.com, www.ERIEBANK.net and www.FCBankOhio.com.
As a Curwensville native, Lezzer currently serves as the vice president of the Curwensville Alumni Committee. She is also a member of Curwensville United Methodist Church.
“Brittany’s positive attitude, combined with her thorough understanding of CNB’s banking operations through her management training, make her a terrific addition to the CNB team,” said Bower.
“She is the ideal candidate to spearhead this new online endeavor for the bank, and I know she will work daily to exceed our customers’ expectations.”
