DUBOIS – District Judge Patrick Ford of DuBois presided over preliminary hearings May 8.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas.
- Tina Lee McCartney, 47, DuBois, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Charges of forgery and theft by deception were withdrawn. McCartney was ordered to pay $274 in fines, costs and restitution.
- Brian Joseph Clinchoc, 51, Luthersburg, pleaded guilty to harassment. A charge of assault was withdrawn. Clinchoc was ordered to pay $211 in fines, costs and restitution.
- Dahr Leslie Dodge, 41, Woodland, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. A charge of public drunkenness was withdrawn. Dodge was ordered to pay $415.50 and serve six months on probation.
- Randy Gene Dickey, 52, DuBois, pleaded guilty to assault and harassment. Dickey was ordered to pay $515.50 in fines and costs and serve six months on probation.
- Dalton Gene Dickey, 24, DuBois, pleaded guilty to assault and harassment. Dickey was ordered to pay $515.50 in fines and costs and serve six months on probation.
Sufficient evidence was presented to bind charges against the following defendants over to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- William Jones Curry, 42, Homosassa, Fla., is charged by the DuBois City police with access device fraud. A warrant has been issued for Curry’s arrest.
- Lisa Marie Williams, 33, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with assault and harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 monetary.
The following defendants have waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Raymond Francis Marche, 39, Brockport, is charged by the DuBois City police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, careless driving and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Philip Alan Smith, 25, Falls Creek, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI, careless driving and two summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Jessica Sue Vicklund, 34, DuBois, is charged by the Sandy Township police with retail theft. Bail was set at $2,500 unsecured. In a second case, Vicklund is charged by the Sandy Township with retail theft. Bail in this case was set at $2,500. In a third case, Vicklund is charged by the DuBois City police with retail theft. Bail in this case was set at $2,500.
- David Eugene Dunworth, 60, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, careless driving and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Billie Jo Shifter, 36, Brockway, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI and driving at unsafe speeds. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Robert James Mallory, 31, Rossiter, is charged by the Sandy Township police with theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking. Bail was set at $50,000, monetary.
- Brian L. Schaffer, 44, is charged by the Sandy Township police with theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking. Bail was set at $50,000, monetary.
