MOON TOWNSHIP – Pennsylvania State Police are searching for Ashley K. Shuey-Fleeger, 31, who fled on foot from the Renewal Community Correction Center on Thursday.
According to state police, she was observed on video walking down the fire escape and kicking open the emergency exit door. She is currently serving time for DUI/controlled substance. She also has previous DUI and drug-related charges, state police said.
She’s been described as standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has blonde/brown hair and blue eyes; she has ear piercings.
Shuey-Fleeger has tattoos, including stars on the right side of her neck; tribal on her rear neck; a scorpion on her left leg; an angel on her lower back and a cap, sun on her right shoulder.
According to state police, she also has two scars. She has a surgical scar on her upper, rear neck. She has a second surgical scar on her lower, right hip.
Shuey-Fleeger’s last known address was 11236 Route 36, Punxsutawney, state police said.
State police have secured a warrant for escape of a defendant for Shuey-Fleeger. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 412-299-1607.
