CLEARFIELD –A 25-year-old DuBois man, Vincent Aaron, was arrested on drug charges after he was allegedly found in possession of LSD and marijuana during a traffic stop on Thursday, reported the Clearfield Borough police.
Aaron was traveling on Route 322/153 and stopped on West Front Street by police for a traffic violation. During the course of the traffic stop, police determined there was a warrant issued by Centre County for Aaron’s failure to appear.
When he was taken into custody, Aaron was allegedly found with 42 hits of LSD in his pocket. Police also allegedly found 35 plastic baggies of marijuana in a backpack inside his vehicle, according to the police report.
Aaron was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jerome Nevling and incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail. His bail was set at $50,000; a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
