New York, NY, United States (4E) – The sister of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dhzokhar Tsarnaev was arrested Wednesday for threatening to bomb the ex-girlfriend of her boyfriend.

Ailiana Tsarnaeva, 24, of North Bergen, New Jersey, was taken to the New York Police Department’s Harlem precinct and charged with aggravated harassment around 2:30 p.m.

Tsarnaeva’s arrest stemmed from a complaint by a 23-year-old Harlem woman that she called on Monday and threatened to put a bomb on her if she does not leave her boyfriend alone.

“Leave us alone. I know people who can put a bomb on you,” Tsarnaeva, 23, allegedly said, according to The New York Post.

The complainant reportedly has a child custody dispute with Tsarnaeva’s boyfriend, George Briones.

The arrest was the second for Tsarnaeva. In 2011, she appeared in a Boston court facing charges of obstructing a fraud investigation. Prosecutors accused her of misleading police looking for people who used fake money to pay their bill at an Applebee’s restaurant in Dorchester. The charge against her was later dismissed after she paid $1,500 in personal recognizance.

Her brother, Tsarnaev, 21, is awaiting trial for allegedly bombing the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013 killing three people and injuring scores more. Tsarnaev and his older brother, Tamerlan, planted the explosives near the race’s finish line and detonated them remotely.

Tsarnaev was also charged with killing a Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer and carjacking a motorist before he and his brother figured in a shootout with policemen trying to arrest them.

The elder Tsarnaev was killed in the encounter and a wounded Dhzokhar was later found hiding inside a boat parked in the backyard of a suburban Boston home.
