Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – Ashton Kutcher tops Forbes 10 highest paid TV actors of 2014 for the third consecutive year, earning $26 million in a year while his costar in “Two and a Half Men,” Jon Cryer is Number 2 in the Forbes list at $19 million. Kutcher’s salary for “Two and a Half Men,” CBS’ long-running sitcom on American television and his brand endorsements for Nikon and Lenovo, has kept him on top of Forbes’ list.
Mark Harmon, star of the most popular drama in the world, “NCIS” also comes in at Number 2 at $19 million while “How I Met Your Mother” actor, Neil Patrick Harris is on the third rank at $18 million, thanks to the final season of “How I Met” that included a Broadway lead role for the production “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” including an American Airlines endorsement.
Further down the list is “House of Cards” Kevin Spacey, his first inclusion in the list at $16 million tied with “Grey’s Anatomy’s” Patrick Dempsey. “Last Man Standing” star Tim Allen raked in $15 million, Simon Baker at $13 million for “The Mentalist,” while Jim Parsons of “The Big Bang Theory” come in at $12 million while his co-star, Johnny Galecki is at $11 million. The two just signed a new contract with CBS for next year’s run that will earn them about a million per episode which may put them higher up the list next year.
“How I Met Your Mother” Jason Segel is also at $11 million while “Mad Men’s” Jon Hamm earned $10 million, also a first for the actor to be included in the list. Charlie Sheen ties with Hamm who is still earning from the syndicated “Two and a Half Men” along with his earnings for “Anger Management.”
Josh Radnor of “HIMYM” also pulled in $10 million while, Bryan Cranston, thanks to the final season of “Breaking Bad” made it to the Forbes list for the first time at $8 million.
