Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – Last week, Gwyneth Paltrow took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge while wearing a bikini and she nominated her ex-husband Chris Martin as well as the fashion designer Stella McCartney. Martin then posted a video of him and Stella taking the challenge.

At the start of the video, Chris said, “We’ve been nominated to do the ice bucket challenge.” Stella then replies that she is a fashion designer and she would not get wet. The two were under a huge black umbrella but Martin started to lower it moving it away from their heads. Martin said that they won’t be doing it but right after the umbrella was already out of the way, ice water came from above which instantly soaked the two.

Martin then runs up to the camera to name who their lucky nominees are. Chris said that they are nominating Bono and Paul McCartney. Once Stella was able to compose herself, she added Angelina Jolie on their list.

The video was then posted on the official page of Coldplay on Facebook. The video was captioned: “I was nominated by Gwyneth Paltrow and Shakira to do the‪#‎ALSIceBucketChallenge‬ (please donate to The ALS Association at CM”

As for Stella, she uploaded it on Instagram captioning it with: “My ice bucket challenge with Chris Martin to support ALS thanks to Gwyneth!”‬ She later posted again writing that she did the challenge in order to stop drug testing on animals. She wrote: ‘”I’d like to challenge and encourage the ALS association to switch all future experiment testing to strictly non animal testing please! @gwynethpaltrow @paulmccartney#chrismartin #angelinajolie #bono #icebucketchallenge #ALS #PETA”.

Pamela Anderson was the first celebrity who took the Ice Bucket Challenge in order to protect animals. She posted it on her Facebook page and explained that testing drugs to animals is unproductive. Pamela has urged her fans to only support charities which do not harm animals.
