United Kingdom (4E) – British singer-songwriter Rita Ora, 23, is suffering from post-split issues with ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris, 30.

After reports that Harris is sabotaging Rita’s new album meant to come out this year, Rita’s fans just received a bad news. Indeed, it has been confirmed: Rita’s second album’s release has been pushed back to January 2015.

Why?

Several tracks in Rita’s new album had been produced by her Scottish singer-songwriter ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris—and Harris banned her from using them.

Harris also makes it hard for his singer ex-girlfriend to promote the single “I Will Never Let You Down,” which he also produced. He also made sure that the song was not performed by his ex at the Teen Choice Awards.

The couple broke up in June, with Harris announcing the split on Twitter: “To address speculation – myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best.”

Rita’s is still working on the album, and she’s now reportedly working with artists such as will.i.am, DJ Mustard, Diplo, Macklemore, and Prince.

Rita Ora has been recently featured on Iggy Azalea’s new single “Black Widow.”
