Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Carson Daly and his fiancee Siri Pinter have welcomed their third child together, daughter London Rose Daly on Wednesday, the proud dad announced.
Sharing the news and photos of the newborn on the Today show, mentioning that London Rose weighed 8 lbs. and 11 oz. upon birth, and measured 22 inches long.
“Siri is a warrior and I’m so amazed by her poise, grace and strength during this miraculous process,” the Voice host said about his fiancée.
Daly also revealed that they were not expecting the baby until Saturday, but she arrived early. “All was miraculous,” he said of the experience. “Watching Jack and Etta meet their new sister was like watching a scene in a movie, directed by God,” he added.
Talking about the baby’s name, London Rose, Daly told host Willie Geist, “We tried to pick something that matched. Rose was my grandma’s name, Etta was Siri’s grandma’s name,” saying that a lot of “family history” was involved in name-picking. He added that when London came out, they were still throwing out names, but eventually settled on it.
Pinter, meanwhile, took to Twitter to express her gratitude to everyone, saying, “Thanks for all the love!” along with a retweeted photo of Daly and the baby.
Daly, 41, and Pinter, 32, have been together for over six years and have two older children together, Jackson James, 5, and Etta Jones, 22 months.
