Columbus, OH, United States (4E Sports) – Ohio State’s men’s basketball program added three more games to its schedule, taking on Miami (OH.), Morehead State and High Point.
The Buckeyes will play Miami either December 22 or 23 at Nationwide Arena, a venue it hasn’t played at since 2011.
Miami, which struggled last year, is slated to receive a $95,000 guarantee.
The Buckeyes blasted the Red Hawks in their last outing during the 2011-2012 season, 69-40.
The Red Hawks had a KenPom ranking last season of No. 226 and an RPI of 161.
On Dec. 13, Morehead State will visit the Buckeyes and will get a $90,000 guarantee.
The Eagles did fairly well last season in compiling a 20-14 record and had a KenPom ranking of 180 and RPI of 139.
The Buckeyes will also take on the High Point Panthers on Dec. 10.
The Panthers, which had a KenPom ranking of 228 and an RPI of 172, will receive a $90,000 guarantee.
Ohio State faces a tall task for the month of December.
The Buckeyes will face powerhouse teams Louisville (Dec. 2) and North Carolina (Dec. 20).
