Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States (4E) – One of the largest realtor associations in Florida has tapped online video marketing leader RealBiz Media Group, Inc. (RBIZ: www.realbizmedia.com) to provide its members the most cutting-edge video listings marketing platform and training.

The Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors (GFLR) announced last week the agreement with RealBiz Media to provide its 8,000 members access to RealBiz Media, a powerful suite of online marketing and imaging tools featuring i3 Technology, at no charge via http://www.r-world.com/. The deal also allows GFLR members to access premium services of RealBiz Media at discounted fees.

RealBiz Media also includes the Microvideo App and Nestbuilder Agent, both user-friendly video creation, editing, rendering and syndication tools. The platforms allow agents to target consumers directly through their search engine-optimized microsites, where they can post informative videos, virtual tours of their listings, and home buying tips. The platforms are also equipped with agent marketing tools for creating flyers, brochures, e-Postcards, QR codes and activity reports.

Describing the RealBiz Media technology, GFLR said agents can create, customize and deliver their own branded Unlimited High Resolution Slideshows and Virtual Tours in just a few clicks of a computer mouse and using any digital camera. The platform is integrated with MLXchange so the virtual tour is automatically link it to the property Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

“We believe it’s imperative that our members have access to the most cutting-edge and relevant products on the market,” said GFLR President Marnie E. Allen, explaining why it chose RealBiz Media as a technology partner.

Allen said RealBiz has the most scalable video marketing service and the only one with the infrastructure to provide the hands-on training and education that agents need to really take advantage of the powerful service.

“Our MLS partnerships are not just about delivering technology and signing up agents–we’re concerned about agent success,” stated RealBiz Media Group President and CRO Steve Marques.

RealBiz will conduct regular webinars and classroom training exclusively for GFLR members to help them understand how online marketing figures in their success.

“Agents will only gain more online visibility if they understand how to use the tools they have; we’re excited to share our marketing expertise with GFLR’s members through this innovative classroom training format,” said Marques.

Online visibility could spell success for real estate agents amid the growing consumer appetite for video on the Internet. About 78 percent of Internet traffic in the U.S. is already video and video is projected to make up 84 percent of the traffic by 2018, according to Cisco’s Visual Networking Index (VNI) Global Mobile Data Traffic Forecast Update.

The RealBiz Media is also HTML5-capable, an internet language that is easily read by the latest computing devices.
