RealBiz Media to boost realtor service with ReachFactor acquisition, zipLogix tieup

Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States (4E) – Home video tour leader RealBiz Media Group Inc. (OTCQB:RBIZ) hopes to sustain gains in video marketing sales to real estate agents with the recent acquisition of online networking platform ReachFactor and a possible partnership with zipLogix, which provides forms software to the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

ReachFactor helps agents collect and promote bona fide agent reviews or testimonials and an agent’s listings to search engines and social media to increase the number of inbound leads per month. It also provides every agent with a reputation profile page, custom Facebook landing pages, and Craigslist flyers to help them get hundreds of qualified visitors per month to their profile.

Suresh Srinivasan, Chief Operating Officer at RealBiz, said ReachFactor is suited to the most active agents in real estate because it will help them quickly win new listings and sell active ones.

The top percent of real estate agents in the U.S., estimated to number 75,000, spend $2 billion per year in online advertising. A 2013 survey commissioned by ReachFactor found that these agents spend on average $36,000 per year marketing. Their most common marketing tactics include owning multiple websites and blogs, search engine (pay-per-click) marketing, and advertising on real estate portals and social media. About 70 percent of the 1,910 agents polled admitted they didn’t know how to gauge the effectiveness of their marketing spend and 88 percent felt they should be getting better results.

RealBiz is integrating Nestbuilder Agent, its video technology, into ReachFactor to form a comprehensive online marketing service that ranges in price from $250 per month for tactical social media marketing to $3,000 per month for an entire digital marketing team devoted exclusively to a single agent’s success in a given local market. This new service called Regional Advantage has already proven to deliver significant new business to agents who participate in the program.

Nestbuilder Agent is a do-it-yourself video marketing platform that real estate agents can use to easily promote themselves and local listings for as little as $10 – $50 per month. More than two million video listings created through the platform are hosted in Nestbuilder.com.

RealBiz also provides video marketing technologies to real estate agents such as the Video Microsite Marketing Program (http://vimeo.com/96239440), virtual tours, a television video on demand network, a growing micro video application (MVA) network and mobile apps. About 15,350 active agents use RealBiz’s MVA and Nestbuilder Agent, where some 24,000 videos are published daily in support of agents products.

Nearly 25,000 active agents use Realbiz Virtual Tour products. More than 113,000 virtual tours are published.

Meanwhile, a partnership with zipLogix will bring RealBiz closer to 1.1 million members of the NAR, the largest association of realtors in the country.

zipLogix included Nestbuilder Agent in its Marketing Services Program.
