Boston, MA, United States (NewsBahn) – A sweltering hot arena along with a mix of too much alcohol consumed was the likely cause of about three dozen young people requiring hospital treatment Wednesday night.

The incident took place at an electronic dance show at Boston’s TD Garden featuring Swedish disc jockey Avicii.

“Fortunately no one was seriously injured. Mostly underaged kids involved in alcohol and or some illicit drugs,” Boston EMS deputy superintendent Mike Bosse said, according to the Boston Herald. “This is a mass casualty incident that greatly impacts our resources, Boston police resources as well as area hospitals.”

Many expressed their concern over the incident, including the performer.

“Just hearing the awful news abt tonight. Its a terrible thing, I rly hope everyone is ok! My thoughts go to those affected & their families,” tweeted Avicii, the house DJ, remixer and record producer whose real name is Tim Bergling.
