Indianapolis, IN, United States (4E Sports) – Dwyane Wade scored 23, with 10 points in the fourth quarter, to lead the Miami Heat past the Indiana Pacers, 87-83 Tuesday in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
LeBron James finished with 22 points, scoring 12 in the fourth, to help the Heat tie the series at a game apiece.
The Pacers used a 10-2 to retake a 47-45 lead in the third quarter.
They extended the margin to 63-56 before Chris Bosh and Norris Cole had open 3-pointers to make it 63-62 at the end of the third.
Paul George hit a 29-footer to make it 73-69 with 7:19 left. But James scored the first six points while Wade made the next six in a 12-2 run that sealed the win.
Lance Stephenson had 25 points to lead the Pacers while George added 14.
Game 3 is in Miami on Saturday.
