Brandon Saad’s two goals power Blackhawks past Wild

Chicago, IL, United States (4E Sports) – Brandon Saad had two goals to lead the Chicago Blackhawks over the Minnesota Wild, 4-1 Sunday at United Center.

Bryan Bickell had a goal and two assists for the Blackhawks, who now lead the Wild 2-0 in their best-of-seven Western Conference semifinals series.

Jonathan Toews put the Blackhawks up 1-0 at 11:02 of the first before Saad gave them a 2-0 advantage late in the second.

A Cody McCormick goal cut the Wild’s deficit to 2-1 at 2:00 of the third.

Then Bickell scored and Saad had his second goal within 1:22 of each other as the Blackhawks took the fight out of the Wild.
