Kings complete comeback to beat Sharks in game 7

San Jose, CA, United States (4E Sports) – Jonathan Quick made 39 saves as the rest of the Los Angeles Kings scored five straight to rip the San Jose Sharks, 5-1 in Game 7 of their first-round series Wednesday night at SAP Center.

With the win, the Kings became the fourth NHL team to win a best-of-seven series after losing the first three games, joining Toronto (1942), the New York Islanders (1975) and Philadelphia (2010).

After a scoreless opening period, Matt Irwin scored the lone goal for the Sharks early in the second.

Drew Doughty scored on a power play to tie the game before Anze Kopitar scored the tiebreaking goal late in the second period.

Tyler Toffoli, Dustin Brown and Tanner Pearson all scored in the third to bury the Sharks.

Antti Niemi made 25 saves for the Sharks.
