Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E Sports) – Howie Kendrick ripped a two-run single while Chris Iannetta had two RBIs to fuel the Los Angeles Angels over the Cleveland Indians, 6-4 Tuesday at Angel Stadium.
Chris Iannetta and Collin Cowgill opened the scoring for the Los Angeles Angels with RBIs in the second and fourth for a 2-0 lead.
Howie Kendrick’s two-run single in the fifth made it 4-0 for the Angeles before Carlos Santana answered with a two-run homer in the sixth to bring the Indians within 4-2.
Erick Aybar’s hit in the sixth scored Albert Pujols to make it 5-2.
Santana was walked with the bases loaded, then Michael Brantley delivered a sacrifice fly to cut the Angels’ deficit to 5-4.
Iannetta added another RBI to make it 6-4.
