Brandon Hicks’ 3-run homer lifts Giants past Indians

Cleveland, OH, United States (4E Sports) – Brandon Hicks hit a three-run homer with two outs in the ninth inning to lift the San Francisco Giants over the Cleveland Indians, 4-1 Sunday at AT&T Park, completing a three-game sweep.

Brandon Crawford’s RBI in the fourth utd the Giants up 1-0, but Yan Gomes hit a game-tying home run in the eighth for the Tribe.

Hicks then hit a towering fly into the left field bleachers that also plated Ehire Adrianza and Crawford.

Sergio Romo (2-0) pitched a scoreless inning to get the victory. Cory Allen (2-1), who allowed his first run in 12 games, took the loss.
