CRC to Implement Secret Shopper Program

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Revitalization Corp. (CRC) has announced the implementation of its Secret Shopper program.

The goal of the program is to help downtown businesses evaluate their establishment in terms of business ambiance, service and efficiency.

Posing as a typical customer, the secret shopper will go through the same experience as any normal customer would, except that when they return home, they will complete a survey form that recounts the specifics of their experience.

These surveys will provide business owners with an unbiased evaluation of their business’s strengths and weaknesses. Participation in the Secret Shopper program is open to retailers, restaurateurs, hoteliers and other professional service providers located in the Main Street District.

Main Street Manager Heather Bozovich states, “The CRC has been working on the Secret Shopper program for several months. This program will be of significant value to business owners and will help Clearfield excel in its customer service.”

The CRC is seeking interested business and secret shoppers to participate. For more information, contact the CRC at 814-765-6000 or
