Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Actress Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting is on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine’s May issue, and in the interview she spoke about her past relationships with “Superman” star Henry Cavill and co-actor Jason Galecki, and her marriage to husband Ryan.
In 2009, the 27-year-old actress ended her two-year relationship with “Big Bang” co-star Jason Galecki—much to the surprise of many. It was a low-profile bond, and while they have parted ways, the two have remained good friends.
Of her bong with Galecki, who has also attended her wedding, Cuoco said, “It took a minute, a bit of awkwardness. By the grace of God, we became best buddies and moved on in such an elegant way. [He's] one of my closest friends. He was in the front row at my wedding, with a huge smile on his face.”
The “Big bang Theory” star also opened up about her short-lived but high-profile fling with hunky actor Henry Cavill last year saying, “I had no one following me until I met Superman.” She added, “I’ve been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything. There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like several months ago. The recognition was crazy.”
Now, the former “8 Simple Rules” actress is happy in the arms of her husband, tennis pro Ryan Sweeting. The couple has only dated for six months before tying the knot last New Year’s Eve in California, but Cuoco has no doubts about it.
“I admit it happened fast, but that’s who I am,” Cuoco explained. “When we met, I knew he was the one. [At my wedding], I felt like a rock star and a badass. What was amazing in that room, it was so full of love. It was like nothing I’d ever been to before, and it was exactly what we wanted it to be. It was the eighth wonder of the world, the greatest wedding of all time.”
Meanwhile, Cuoco was also briefly engaged to addiction specialist Josh Resnik in 2012.
