Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic is writing a memoir set for release in Spring 2015, it was announced Monday.

The yet-to-be-titled memoir is said to delve on Rancic’s struggles through the years, from her childhood to her rise to success in the entertainment industry, her battle with breast cancer and her complex quest to motherhood.

“It has been a true privilege to help people feel less alone by sharing my own hardships,” the “Fashion Police” host said. “There is still so much I haven’t shared that I hope will inspire people.”

“The decision to write an intimate memoir wasn’t an easy one, but it’s a challenge I will take on with honesty and candor,” she added. “I plan on reliving the moments in my life that shaped me the most—everything from my personal struggles, to my hilarious stories growing up in an Italian household, to becoming a wife and mom—and I hope readers will enjoy my story.”

In a press release, the 38-year-old reality star said, “The road I have had to travel these past few years to become who I am today—a mother, a wife, a cancer survivor, a TV host—was often harrowing. There are many things that my fans, my friends and even my family never knew about my private struggle. I hope by writing this book and sharing my journey, I can be an inspiration to those facing their own personal turmoil.”

Italian-American Rancic has been an e! News anchor since 2005. She tied the knot with entrepreneur Bill Rancic in 2007 and welcomed their first child Edward Duke via gestational carrier in 2012.

The memoir, which she is working on in partnership with Crown Archetype, will be Rancic’s third book. In 2006, she released “Think Like a Guy: How to Get a Guy bu Thinking Like One,” and in 2010 published “I Do, Now What,” together with her husband Bill Rancic.
