New York, NY, United States (4E) – Eastman Kodak Co. said on Wednesday that the company’s Board of Directors has named Jeffrey Clarke as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board.
The 52-year old Clarke was previously a Managing Partner at Augusta Columbia Capital (ACC), a private investment firm that has a focus on middle market technology and technology-run businesses, in which he is a co-founder.
Earlier in his career, Clarke was the Chairman of private travel technology firm Travelport, Inc., where he also served as Chief Executive from 2006 to 2011. He steered the company’s sale from Cendant Corp. to the Blackstone Group in 2006 in a $4.3bn deal. He also helped Travelport launch an initial public offering for its Orbitz business.
From 2004 to 2006, Clarke was the Chief Operating Officer of enterprise software firm CA, Inc.
