The Wolfpack (24-6, 11-5 ACC) were also held to a season-low in points as they shot just 24-for-63 from the floor for a dismal 38.1 percent.
The Fighting Irish also had their shooting struggles in the first half, hitting just three of their first 10 shots, and were 5-of-18 at one point.
However, the Irish caught fire late, hitting seven of their last eight shots in the first half to surge to a 36-28 halftime lead. The Irish closed the half with a 20-9 run.
