Lane Restriction Extended for Interstate 80 Westbound in Clearfield County, Detour Lifted

CLEARFIELD – PennDOT announces that a lane restriction has been extended for a section of Interstate 80 westbound in Clearfield County.

The lane restriction impacts I-80 westbound between mile-marker 128 and mile-marker 127. The roadway was closed earlier today due to accidents.

PennDOT expects to fully open the roadway by midnight.

The detour that was in place has now been lifted.

Motorists may check conditions on more than 2,900 miles of interstates and other major highways by calling 5-1-1 or visiting 511PA, which is free and available 24-hours-a-day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, average traffic speeds on urban interstates and access to more than 670 traffic cameras.
