Oakland, CA, United States (4E Sports) – David Lee scored 22 and grabbed 11 boards and Andrew Bogut added 14 points, 17 rebounds and three blocks as the Golden State Warriors crushed the Los Angeles Clippers 111-92 Thursday at Oracle Arena.
Stephen Curry contributed 22 points and seven assists for the Warriors, who outrebounded the Clippers 53 to 34 and outscored them 66 to 22 in the paint.
Jordan Crawford’s 3-pointer gave the Warriors a 48-29 lead with 8:25 remaining in the second quarter.
The Clippers cut Golden State’s lead to 64-56 at the half, but the Wariors began the third quarter on a 16-2 run to take an 80-58 lead with 5:48 left in the third.
The Warriors led 90-67 at the end of the third quarter.
A Klay Thompson field goal to start the fourth gave the Warriors its biggest lead at 25.
Blake Griffin finished with 27 points, Darren Collison scored 22 and DeAndre Jordan grabbed 20 rebounds to lead the Clippers.
