CAHS to Get New Science Equipment with Grant

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Area High School has been selected as a 2013-14 ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Grant Award winner.

The $500 grant will be used to purchase additional new science equipment, as the department moves into the newly renovated science wing. This award was made possible by Lehigh Gas Corp. and ExxonMobil.

The high school also received the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Grant Award in 2011 that was used to enhance tutoring with the implementation of Chicago Math.

The district would like to thank the Lehigh Gas Corp., ExxonMobil and the Philipsburg Uni-Mart Store for investing their resources in children’s education.
