Miami, FL, United States (4E Sports) – Chris Bosh scored 24 points to lead five other players in double figures as the Miami Heat pulled away in the third period en route to a 113-101 victory over the San Antonio Spurs in a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals Sunday at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Michael Beasley added 12 points, Norris Cole had 11 while Ray Allen scored 10 for the Heat, who welcomed Dwyane Wade back after missing four games due to knee problems.

Coach Erik Spoelstra used Wade off the bench, scoring eight points and issuing five assists in his first stint as a reserve since Jan. 6, 2008.

The Heat shot an outstanding 43-for-74 from the field for 58.1 percent and made eight of 19 shots from beyond the arc. They also outrebounded the Spurs, 37-28.

The Spurs failed to draw double-digit scoring from their bench, with reliable sixth man Manu Ginobili finishing with just three points on 1-for-7 shooting.

The Heat turned a four-point lead to a 14-point advantage midway through the third with a 10-0 run sparked by six points from Bosh.

Late in the period, the Heat launched an 8-1 run to take a 91-71 lead into the fourth quarter.

The Heat extended their lead to its biggest at 29, 104-75 after a 6-0 run sparked by reserves Cole, Beasley and Chris Andersen.
