Seahawks-Broncos to square off in Super Bowl

Seattle, WA, United States (NewsBahn) – Seattle and Denver will square off in the Super Bowl in New Jersey in two weeks after the Seahawks outlasted the San Francisco 49ers 23-17 in the NFC title game.

The Broncos toppled the New England Patriots 26-16 in the AFC championship tilt Sunday in Denver.

Russell Wilson passed for 215 yards and a touchdown for the Seahawks, who outscored the defending NFC champs 20-7 in the second half.

Peyton Manning passed for 400 yards and two scores for the Broncos, who had the ball for 11 minutes longer than the AFC East champs.
