Anaheim, CA, United States (4E Sports) – Anaheim Ducks general manager Bob Murray shot down trade rumors surrounding goalie Jonas Hiller, saying he will stay with the team.

“There’s not a chance in hell that I’m moving Jonas Hiller,” Murray said. “I’m tired of hearing about the rumors. I can tell you Jonas is not going anywhere.”

Murray said there’s no sense to move the six-year veteran, who will become an unrestricted free agent.

Hiller is tied for second in the league in wins, having prevailed in 23 of the 32 games he’s played in this season and recording three shutouts for the Ducks, who hold first place overall in the NHL standings.
