Celevland, OH, United States (4E Sports) – C.J. Miles connected on 10 3-pointers to score 34 and lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 111-93 win over the Philadelphia 76ers Tuesday at Quicken Loans Arena.
Anderson Varejao added 18 points and 14 rebounds for the Cavs.
Miles connected five 3-pointers in the first quarter as the Cavs took a 36-20 lead.
His next three 3-pointers and Tyler Zeller’s seven points in the second quarter fueled a 64-38 Cavs lead at halftime that allowed them to coast to an easy win.
Miles notched his record-breaking ninth 3 with 9:53 left and drained No. 10 with 9:17 remaining in going 10 of 14 beyond the arc.
Rookie Michael Carter-Williams scored 33 to lead the Sixers, whose perimeter defense was awful and has been a problem all season.
