James L. Benson of Benson Trucking in South Williamsport donated a 2003 International Tractor to the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center’s Truck Driver Training Program.

Benson contacted the CCCTC in early December inquiring if they would be interested in the vehicle for training purposes.  Benson has more than 35 years as an independent operator traveling most of the continental United States.

Benson was also a Diesel Technician Instructor with Penn College of Williamsport.  Benson stated that being on the road he sees a big demand for drivers. The CCCTC greatly appreciates Benson’s donation and the vehicle will be put into service for training immediately.
