CLEARFIELD – PennDOT advises drivers that Interstate 80 westbound near Clearfield now has both lanes re-opened. The roadway was closed earlier today due to an accident between mile-marker 120 at the Clearfield interchange to mile-marker 111 at the Penfield interchange.
The detour that was in place during the closure has been lifted. The roadway re-opened about three hours ahead of schedule.
PennDOT reminds drivers to use caution as they travel today and give themselves extra travel time.
