- An incident of DUI occurred Saturday on state Route 255 in Fox Township. During the incident, a 23-year-old Kersey man was stopped for a traffic violation and found under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Elk Regional Health Center for a blood test. Charges were filed against the man through the district court.
- An incident of burglary occurred Friday on Mohan Run Road in Ridgway Township. During the incident, a 23-year-old Wilcox woman and a 30-year-old Johnsonburg man gained entry to a locked residence, and once inside they removed a Smith & Wesson handgun and a Fujifilm digital camera. The handgun was later found to be in the possession of another individual, which was revealed during an investigation by the Ridgway Borough police. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
- An incident of burglary occurred sometime between Oct. 14 and Saturday on SR 255 in Jay Township. During the incident, someone entered a storage shed and removed three Coleman kerosene lanterns and fled the scene. The value of the stolen items was $90.
