Cleveland, OH, United States (4E Sports) – Cleveland Browns director of player personnel Jon Sandusky was arrested by a Fargo, N.D., police officer at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of drunken driving.
Sandusky, 36, was spotted making an illegal turn and made to undergo a field-sobriety test.
He was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released later Tuesday after posting bond.
It was reported that a man in a Browns jacket was seen at North Dakota State University Tuesday, which could have been Sandusky on a scouting trip.
Sandusky, who has been with the Cleveland Browns for four seasons, played safety at Penn State from 1996-99, where he also got his degree in exercise science.
He is an adopted son of former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, who currently is serving 30 to 60 years in prison for sexually abusing 10 boys over 15 years.
