Ex-President Bush’s plane makes emergency landing amid smoke fears

Houston, United States (4E) – A private jet carrying former President George W. Bush made an emergency landing in Louisville, Kentucky after its crew smelled smoke in the cockpit.

The jet was flying between Philadelphia and Bush’s home town of Dallas. Bush’s spokesman Freddy Ford said that the plane made a brief stop and then continued to Dallas.

No injuries have been reported in the incident.
