An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred Wednesday along Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough. Someone broke into a pick-up truck and removed numerous tools. The stolen tools included: aluminum loading ramps, a Milwaukee jig saw; a DeWalt, 18-volt hammer drill and sawzall; a two-foot square; a level; a Kobalt socket set; an orbital sander; a four-foot level; and a brown-colored tool box with various tools. An incident of harassment occurred Wednesday on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a 27-year-old Philipsburg man allegedly spit in the victim’s face and threatened to fight with him. Charges have been filed through the district court.
