PHOTO: Boy Scout Earns “Citizen & Community” Merit Badge

Boy Scout Second Class Dawson Lynch, Clearfield Troop 9, attended Thursday night’s Clearfield Borough Council meeting, fulfilling one of the requirement for his “Citizen & Community” merit badge. Councilmember Tim Winters said he had been a guest at a recent troop meeting and invited troop members to attend a council meeting. He said he believes it is important for all youth to learn more about community governments.
