Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred between 2 p.m. March 13 and 8:30 a.m. Monday on a West Penn Power Substation on Irishtown Road in Fox Township. Someone damaged four, single-pane safety glass windows that were in two, different substation buildings. They also damaged five bushing caps by discharging a pellet rifle through or over security fencing.
