Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of underage drinking and public drunkenness occurred at approximately 2:19 a.m. Sunday on Skytop Mountain Road near Lion Lane in Huston Township. State police received two reports about a 20-year-old State College man who was walking in the travel lanes. Upon arrival state police found the man to be highly intoxicated. The man was charged with underage drinking and public drunkenness.
