Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

- An incident of underage drinking occurred at 4 a.m. Saturday on Old Route 220 near Smith Transport in Snyder Township. State police conducted a traffic stop and determined two Tyrone men were underage and under the influence of alcohol. The men were cited through the district court.
- A 19-year-old Leola man was found in possession of a metal pipe with suspected marijuana residue and a prescription bottle, which contained suspected marijuana during a traffic stop Monday on Interstate 99 in Taylor Township. Charges will be filed through the district court.
